SAMPLE FITNESS PROGRAM

Example Program: Joe Smith


  • Age: 44 
  • Weight: 120 kg 
  • Height: 5'9"


Fitness Plan

  • Frequency: 5 days per week 
  • Activities:
    • Weight training focusing on major muscle groups
    • Cardio sessions including high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and steady-state cardio to enhance fat loss and cardiovascular health
  • Goals: Build lean muscle mass, improve endurance, and increase metabolic rate


Nutrition Plan

  • Style: Meal Prep 
  • Diet:
    • Low-calorie, high-protein meals designed to support muscle maintenance while promoting fat loss 
    • Emphasis on whole foods, including lean meats, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats
  • Fasting Protocol:
    • 5:2 Intermittent Fasting: Eat normally for five days and restrict calorie intake (approximately 500-600 calories) on two non-consecutive days each week


Medications

  • GLP-1 Agonist: To aid in weight loss and improve glycemic control 
  • NAD+: For enhanced energy metabolism and recovery 
  • Testosterone Replacement Therapy (compounded stack): To optimize hormone levels and support muscle growth 
  • Human Growth Hormone (HGH): To assist with recovery and muscle gains 


Sexual Health: 

  • Tadalafil (Cialis) 100 mg to be taken daily, one hour before sexual intercourse for improved sexual function


Check-In Schedule

  • Weekly: Self-assessment online to track progress, adherence, and challenges 
  • Monthly: In-person check-ins with the physician to assess overall progress, adjust medications as needed, and discuss any concerns
